We are delighted to announce the outstanding performance of the 23 students who represented Morarano Primary School in the recent national examination.

Thanks to their hard work, determination, and commitment, Morarano Primary School achieved a remarkable 100% success rate. This achievement is a source of great pride for our school, parents, teachers, and the entire community.

We are now waiting for the results of the national exam taken by the last fifth-grade class of Morarano Primary School. There were 23 students who sat for the exam, and as always, we continued to provide them with food support throughout the year. We hope they performed well. The exam center was located in Soavina, about 8 km from Morarano.

It's been a while since I last reported on the progress of the high school construction project. I’m pleased to share that we have completed the formwork and scaffolding to support the concrete pouring for the ceiling. We have also installed the chaining for the beams, and today we are scheduled to pour concrete for those beams.

Following this, we will proceed with the chaining before pouring concrete for the first floor. The overall completion timeline remains estimated for September.

This coming Tuesday, June, marks the National Exam in Madagascar. As is our tradition, we gathered for a meeting to encourage the students of Morarano who will be sitting for the exam. Parents and teachers joined together in prayer, asking for strength and wisdom for the candidates. Our hope is to maintain the outstanding success rate we achieved last year — a remarkable 100%.

The Morarano community recently expressed their appreciation for me, Faly, the in-country representative who lives with my family at the school complex. They organized a special celebration in my honor, demonstrating their gratitude and support in a very meaningful way.

During the event, several community members shared sp*eches expressing their thanks and recognition for the work being done in the community. Many also brought gifts, including crops from their farms, while others contributed money as a sign of their appreciation.

This gathering was a touching reminder of the strong relationships that have been built within the community. The generosity and kindness shown by the people of Morarano were deeply encouraging to me and my family, and we are grateful for their friendship, trust, and support.

The public hygiene complex in Ranomafana is now thriving under the new organization managed by the commune, with strong leadership from the mayor. A local association called “Lamba Madio” — meaning “clean clothes” — has taken over the management of this initiative.

This association is composed of groups of women who earn their living by washing clothes. Previously, they relied on the river to do their work, but now they are fully committed to this well-organized project that provides proper facilities and protects water resources. Their dedication ensures both improved hygiene standards for the community and sustainable livelihoods for the women involved.

This is the hygiene complex we built in Ankevohevo. It is still fully operational today, and everything functions smoothly. Every member of the village has easy access to the washing basins, bathrooms, and clean water for cooking food.

Last Friday, the parents and teachers of Morarano Middle School came together to organize and complete a vibrant fundraising event. The purpose of this initiative was to raise funds to support the school lunch program for the upcoming 2026–2027 academic year.

The event was filled with energy and community spirit, featuring a variety of activities such as auctions, food stalls, and engaging games. Thanks to the dedication of everyone involved, the fundraiser was a great success and will help ensure that students have access to nutritious meals throughout the year.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the parents, teachers, and community members who contributed their time, effort, and generosity to make this event possible.

The parents of students at Morarano Middle School remain convinced that the school lunch program should continue into the upcoming academic year. They observed that their children were well-nourished and did not face difficulties during the rainy season, thanks to the consistent meals provided. The program has proven to be a vital support for both students’ health and academic performance, and the parents strongly advocate for its continuation.

We potty-train the rabbits in Ankevohevo to reduce the cleaning chores. Each rabbit has its own tray, which prevents p*e and p**p from spreading or spilling around the farm. The trays are lined with wood chips, and on the other side we place their food. Thanks to this system, Faralahy and his wife have much less work compared to before, and they now have time to gently caress and enjoy their rabbits.
