To end the day, let’s have a parade.

Please see the information booth - to enter your car, truck or tractor into the parade. Please, NO tractor trailers.

The parade will start at the intersection of Irvin Ridge Road and Ferguson Valley Road, turning left onto Fairview Road and ending back at Irvin Ridge Road.

Your entries can begin to line up anytime during the picnic hours, just pulling in one behind he other. ALL entries must be submitted prior to 4 pm so entries can be lined up and ready to start for the 5 pm go!

Medals will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place most patriotic entry. ❤️🤍💙🇺🇸

If you want to play - please meet at Home Plate between Noon and 12:20 pm. Hoping for a game start of 12:30 pm

Players must be 13 or older and a waiver must be signed. No exceptions!! (13-17 must have parent signature)

We can have up to 24 players (12 on each team) first come, will play until spots are filled.

Please see Sarah Sunderland day of picnic (she’ll be inside the Atkinson Mills Crossroads Center) regarding your Apple Pie Entry or Patriotic Cake - all entries must be submitted before 2:00 pm.

She does not need the recipe but you will need to list ingredients for allergy purposes.

Judging takes place at 2:00 pm.
1st, 2nd, and 3rd place ribbons for each category.

The Parade at the end of the 250th Celebration Picnic now will include cars, pickup trucks and tractors..
There will be three metals given in this parade..
Gold, Bronze and Silver...
One of the main judgement categories will be a Patriotic / 250th Celebration theme.
Come join us to show off your ride and have some fun..
There will be no car show at this event.
Just the parade starting around 5:00.
Just show up and let the person at the information booth that you would like to be in the Parade by 4:00.
