ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS!!!
You must fill out an application to be placed on the waiting list. The waiting list determines who will be next to occupy any available unit.

At this time we are accepting applications for Treeloft Apartments. The application must be filled out completely and returned with a $17.00 money order/check for the application fee.

Treeloft offers spacious one and two-bedroom apartment homes in the small town of McRae-Helena, Georgia.
Apartment amenities include Central Heating & Air, Washer and Dryer Hookups, Refrigerator, Spacious Closets, and Open Floor Plans. Water/sewer, Trash Collection, and 24-hour Emergency Maintenance are included.

Residents, with the cold and freezing weather we are having,water pipes in our community may freeze or burst. Please follow precautions as soon as possible.
🔻Run thin streams of water from all faucets, leave faucets dripping during freezing temperatures
🔻turn on heat and set thermostat at 65 degrees or higher
🔻Open cabinet doors under sinks for heat circulation
🔻Close curtains to all windows to prevent cold air getting inside
🔻Space/ portable heaters are not allowed
