LUCKY A RANCH, INC never give up Hello,
We are a non profit 501 (c)(3) donkey and mule rescue and sanctuary located in McNeal Arizona. Thank you for visiting our page.

Family run, mama, daughters and 1 very dedicated volunteer, we help donkeys and mules from bad situation such as slaughterbound, abused and unwanted. Some have been abused mentally and physically, some just unwanted. we try to rehabilitate them and find them a forever home. some have been too traumatized, those stay here with and will have a forever home with us. We have around 17 elderly mules and donkeys that require special care, those are also part of the sanctuary. We survive with donations and have been blessed by some very dedicated supporters who we so appreciate. if you would like to make a donation, please click on the donate button.

Tutone is so funny, everytime they get a new bale, he uses it to scratch his belly.
Tutone is the 3rd horse that came to the rescue many many years ago. We promised the owner we would take care of him until the end. And as always we keep our promises. Tutone is half Belgian half quarter horse and is 29 years old. We have had him for almost 25 years. He has had a very easy leisurely life.

Both were halter broke at one point, we put flymasks on. We doctored Grandma, she had quite a few cuts and was covered in flies.
She didn't like it but tolerated it.
We checked for microchips. Couldn't find one on Daisy. We shaved the brands and sent the info to the Blm. According to their brand, Daisy 11 and Grandma 24. Hopefully we can find out more about them.

Meet Grandma and Daisy. 2 BLM girls adopted to an older couple about 6 years ago. Due to health issues, they were surrendered to us.
They were gentled at one point but have just been living their life on 20 acres free.
We will check for microchips and hopefully will be able to find out more about them.
Hopefully soon, they will be available for adoption.
