For more than 50 years, we’ve helped adults with disabilities through our innovative approaches and caring responsive staff which allows us to serve hundreds of clients through an ever-evolving set of services. In our Employment Services, we match business needs with individuals’ strengths and capacities, resulting in a long-term win-win for both the employer and the employee. In Residential and C

ommunity Inclusion, we support individuals to meet and exceed their own personal goals of growth and development so they can live a fulfilling life. MV Advancements is overseen by a dedicated group of community members, business leaders, and educators. After 13 years of service on the MV Advancements Board of Directors, Luella Fritz is stepping down and leaving behind a legacy defined by compassion, advocacy, and leadership. Recently honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award, Luella’s story reflects a lifelong commitment to empowering people to reach their highest potential.

Luella’s connection to MV Advancements began long before she joined the Board in 2013. Growing up in McMinnville, Oregon, she knew founder Margaret Reavis from a young age and remembers her as a gracious and compassionate role model in the community.

“She was poised, confident, and deeply caring,” Luella said. “She was a model of goodness and service.”

Ernie is a Roadside Marketing Specialist with Budget Blinds of the Mid-Willamette Valley! A customer had seen Ernie's efforts every day as he drove by, and that led him to place an order with Budget Blinds. When they placed the order, they were sure to give Ernie credit for getting them in the door. 😁😎

Bruce and Ann are supported by the Supported Living Program (SLP) to live independently here in McMinnville. The SLP team also supports the planning of their Anniversary Trip each year and it is always a blast 😁
