TRADE Industries has immediate part time opening as a Job Coach.

Job Coach duties including cleaning the Goshen Road Rest Area.

Job Coach starting pay is $16.00 with evening and weekend shifts receiving a .25 shift differential.

All applicants must be at least 18 have a valid Illinois drivers license be able to pass a fingerprint back ground check, have a high school diploma or GED and pass initial and random drug testing.

Interviews usually done when you come in to fill out application!

We have a $1000.00 sign on incentive (details discussed at interview) and paid training.

Benefit package includes health insurance, PTO (used for vacation/medical/holidays/short hours) and IRA (retirement).

TRADE Industries has immediate full and part time openings in our Residential Program.

Residential program has immediate openings in these hours weekly 2:45p-12a, 2:45p-10p, weekends 8a-8p, 6a-6p, 6p-10p.

Residential DSP duties include: working with individuals with disabilities, assisting them with daily living skills, working on outcomes to make their quality of life better, passing medications, taking individuals on outings.

Residential starting pay is $17.00 with evening and weekend shifts receiving a .25 shift differential plus .25 pay increase when medication trained. Once medication training is completed new hire pay will be $17.50.

All applicants must be at least 18 have a valid Illinois drivers license be able to pass a fingerprint back ground check, have a high school diploma or GED and pass initial and random drug testing.

It takes a very special person to work with our population, we are looking for patient, kind, and caring caregivers.

🌟Happy National DSP Appreciation Week🌟

In 2008, Congress partnered with ANCOR to officially establish this week as a time to celebrate Direct Support Professionals, the incredible people who dedicate their lives to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

DSPs help with everything from personal care and daily living skills to job coaching, social inclusion, and advocacy. We are not just caregivers, we are mentors, teachers, advocates, and companions. Our work builds dignity, independence, and quality of life.

It’s not just a job, it’s a calling.

If you know a DSP, take a moment to thank them for the work they do, because their impact reaches far beyond the walls of any program.
