Coming this July: Spend a day with **Dr. Joshua May** on PES Social Media!

Join us behind the scenes as Dr. May takes over our channels and shares *a day in his life* as a pediatric endocrinologist, educator, and Medical Director at diabetes camp.

Dr. May has dedicated nearly two decades to caring for children with endocrine disorders at Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles and currently serves as Program Director for the Kaiser Permanente Southern California Pediatric Residency Program. Beyond clinic and education, he has spent more than 20 years supporting children with type 1 diabetes through camp—starting as a volunteer physician and now serving as **Medical Director of Camp Conrad-Chinnock**.

Key updates:
1. Watchful Waiting Over Immediate Workup for Girls Ages 7–8 with Early Thelarche
2. Basal Ultrasensitive LH Replaces Routine GnRH Stimulation Testing- can use these guidelines to support auth in patients as needed.
3. Reduced Indications for Brain MRI
4. Clinical Monitoring Over Routine Biochemical Testing During GnRHa Treatment
5. Start with the Long-Term Formulation and Defined Stopping Rules
6. Suggesting against routine addition of growth hormone to GnRHa therapy to increase adult height, and suggesting against routine genetic testing
