🚀 Refraction Member Spotlight: CLEANTIFUL

This month, we are spotlighting CLEANTIFUL (https://zurl.co/aX9Qh ), a Refraction member startup building an AI-powered platform for premium interior and exterior care across residential properties, commercial buildings, yachts and boats, and private aircraft.

Founded by Soner Baburoglu, CLEANTIFUL is tackling a highly fragmented service market where customers often face inconsistent quality, limited visibility, and disconnected providers. The company is building a technology-driven marketplace designed to make premium care easier to book, manage, and scale while creating new opportunities for professional service providers.

Based in Tysons, CLEANTIFUL is already building momentum across the DMV and recently closed its first pre-seed investment round as it prepares for continued growth and expansion into additional markets.

By combining intelligent scheduling, routing, demand forecasting, and a flexible service network, CLEANTIFUL aims to bring greater consistency and operational efficiency to a traditionally fragmented industry, connecting customers with reliable service while creating a scalable platform across multiple premium-care verticals.

✨ Clean. Beautiful. Always.

🚨 Need help getting your resume through the automated screening processes and into the hands of a human? Then join our expert team at the nonprofit Refraction Innovation Hub's next "Community Tuesday" event!

Applying to jobs and not hearing back? The issue may not be your experience. It may be how your resume is being read by Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) — the tools that 90% of companies use today to screen applicants before a human reviewer ever sees an application.

Every Tuesday, Refraction opens its doors for our FREE weekly Community Tuesday career-advancement day for job seekers, career changers, and aspiring entrepreneurs.

Bring your resume and a job description you are targeting. Our team can provide one-on-one support to help you strengthen keyword alignment, improve formatting, sharpen your bullet points, and better position your experience for both ATS systems and hiring teams.

Here is what you can expect:

▶️ One-on-One Resume Review → Get individualized feedback on how your resume presents your skills, experience, and career goals.

▶️ ATS Assessment → Learn how to tailor your resume to specific job descriptions and get a free "ATS optimization" assessment of your resume.

▶️ Career & Application Strategy → Get proven, practical guidance on target roles, next steps, and how to approach your job search with more confidence.
