McLean Civic League-McLean Celebration Committee Hosting and joining with others to promote events throughout the year. Various activities are held and designed to attract people to our community.

A committee of current, former, or those touched in some way to our small town, whether it be attending school at McLean Elementary, McLean-Waynesville or McLean-Waynesville-Armington, one of the churches, working in McLean spending time with a relative, or friend of a friend, we are promoting events to promote Community Spirit for all. We welcome everyone, and would like to invite you to share i

n and promote these events! We welcome new volunteers and are always welcome to new ideas! At this time, we have associate help from the Burger-Benedict Post 573 American Legion Auxiliary for the Annual Easter Egg Hunt and Santa at our Christmas In the Village day. Fa-la-la-la-la. La-la-la-la. Secret Santa Project complete. Thank you everyone for your Santa shopping, donations, making of ornaments for the gifts, wrapping, stuffing the donated stockings and especially the time put into this!!
So very nice to have and give a smile from our hearts. Have a safe and very Merry Christmas Secret Santa's.

McLean's Secret Santas, an entire group of volunteers, former and current residents, are making this a very special holiday season!!!
An awesome way of putting a smile in our hearts and on our faces.

Christmas, a time for laughs, love, food, small and large gatherings, giving and sharing is sneaking up on us. To enable some children to have a merrier Christmas we will be posting a list of ages and some gift ideas needed for these local kids. We will need some help this year in doing so, as we have not held as many fund-raisers, we will post Tuesday night. If you would help us, let us know if you would prefer getting the gifts or you can make a donation.
