Thank you to our speakers, Janine Frank and Daria Shaw, for giving their talk on their corporate health and wellness business 2 Health Nuts.

The mission of 2 Health Nuts is to “inspire and empower our clients to be the highest version of their current selves.” They develop a customized package for each client that is tailored to that company’s workplace culture and budget. Programs focus on a high touch engagement with a personal touch, taking the intimidation factor out of the exercise equation, and they stress creating healthy lifestyles that are consistent but enjoyable.

With over 25 years of combined experience in the
health and wellness industry, 2 Health Nuts have been serving the Baltimore, Washington DC, and Northern Virginia area since 2014.

Comprised of the most active citizens in the area- Rotary is an organization of leaders and successful people. Serving in Rotary positions is like a college education. Leadership: - learning how to motivate, influence and lead leaders.

As a service club, it’s product is serving. Rotarians provide community service to both local and international communities. This is perhaps the best reason for becoming a Rotarian: the chance to do something for somebody else and to sense the self-fulfillment that comes in the process and return of that satisfaction to one's own life. It is richly rewarding.
