The FreeStyle Foundation is a nonprofit organization that is based on forming healthy lifestyles and building healthy communities throughout the nation. Founded in 2006 in the city of Rancho Cucamonga, California by Dr. Paul Chabot- a 28 year recovering alcoholic and expert on illicit drug prevention initiatives- the FreeStyle Foundation has a history of servicing the Inland Empire, the state of C
alifornia, and providing services on a national scale. The FreeStyle Foundation is dedicated to serving those that want to live in a healthy community through the use of wellness programs and education. The FreeStyle Foundation is committed to educating our communities about the strengths of living life to its fullest and to be proud of making healthy choices. The FreeStyle Foundation believes a sound mind and a sound body is essential to one having a long, healthy, and happy life. The FreeStyle Foundation has several operations and programs focused on community enrichment and the promotion of healthy lifestyle choices. These programs include but are not limited to: teen mentoring programs, educational seminars, networking meetings, policy advocacy, event coordination and collaborations, and a variety of media campaigns directed at targeted sectors in the community to promote healthy habits in people from every demographic. The FreeStyle Foundation believes that healthy and responsible choices are essential to have a flourishing community. The FreeStyle Foundation strives to attain these healthy communities with our successful program implementation and related expertise in the realms of wellness, substance prevention education, crime prevention, community organization, and media outreach. Our team consists of professionals who are focused on making a lasting and positive difference in the world we share. Our growing ranks represent many different kinds of people: mothers, fathers, sons, daughters, veterans, business leaders, teachers, high school and college students, police officers and doctors.
