I’ve learned to trust my heart, my gut, my voice.
If something hurts me, it’s valid. If a boundary is crossed, I’m allowed to speak up. I will never again let anyone twist my emotions into weakness or label my pain as “crazy.”

Calling someone insecure is often just a distraction from their own behavior. It’s a strange kind of manipulation, when someone pokes the bruise and then calls you dramatic for flinching.
When they light the fire and ask why you’re sweating.

“If I’m too much, then go find less.” You know what I’m saying? I’m not gonna shrink to fit into the box you made for me. That’s not arrogance, that’s self-respect…
