Join Our Mission Trip to Kenya!
July 16 - 28, 2026

Are you ready to make an eternal impact while experiencing a new culture and God’s amazing work around the world?

Building Families For Tomorrow (BFFT) invites you to join our team to help teach a fun-filled Vacation Bible School for 4th–6th graders at the local school our children attend in Kitale, Kenya.

In addition to sharing God’s love with the children, you’ll have the opportunity to:
*Spend time with the women & children at BFFT
*Experience the rich Kenyan culture
*Taste delicious local cuisine
*See the breathtaking beauty of the country
*Witness the life-changing impact BFFT has made in families’ lives

To prepare you for this once-in-a-lifetime experience, we’ll hold five team meetings covering logistics, fundraising, Kenyan culture, and VBS curriculum.

Whether this is your first mission trip or your tenth, this journey promises to be unforgettable.

Summer Highlights: New Guest House, Interns & Mission Teams!

What an incredible summer it has been in Kenya! Because of your prayers and support, we witnessed God’s faithfulness in so many ways. Here are a few highlights we are excited to share with you:

Guest House Completed – After much planning and hard work, we completed construction of our guest house! This space will provide a welcoming home for up to 24 people on mission teams, interns, and visitors who come to serve alongside us.

Internship Program Launched – We were blessed to host a 6-week internship for a student from Liberty University. She invested her time and heart into our programs, bringing fresh ideas and encouragement to our staff and the women we serve.

First Mission Team Experience – Our very first mission team came this summer! They led Vacation Bible School at a local school, shared God’s love through teaching and play, and spent meaningful time with the women and children currently in our transformative program—as well as graduates who continue to thrive.

This summer has been a season of growth, connection, and testimony to what God can do when we come together. None of this would be possible without you. Your prayers, generosity, and encouragement continue to pave the way for women and families in Kenya to find hope, healing, and lasting independence.

At Building Families for Tomorrow, we believe in creating real opportunities for women to thrive. Jana and her team saw the need for practical skills that empower independence, so they designed a charcoal oven that can bake six loaves of bread at once! This incredible tool is helping women in our program who have picked up baking as a trade turn their passion into a sustainable livelihood. Every loaf represents hope, hard work, and a brighter future for their families.
