Hugs Greenhouse is expanding, and we’re looking for a Greenhouse Assistant Manager to help cultivate more than just beautiful plants—you’ll help grow meaningful employment opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

If you’re passionate about plants, love leading a team, and believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive, we’d love to meet you.

As our Assistant Manager, you’ll help oversee daily greenhouse operations, support our mission-based associates, and play a key role in growing an inclusive workplace where people and plants flourish together.
