Dallas Haitians United (DHU) 501c3, a non profit organization in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex, extends a warm welcome to all of our friends and families. I am thrilled to have you join our DHU family and community. I hope you will take a moment to look at our calendar, tell your friends, family, and neighbors about us and our upcoming events, sign up for our email newsletters, and join our growing Haitian-American community. We take pride in being a welcoming and friendly group of individuals. We are always willing to lend a helping hand to those who are currently residing in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, as well as those who are considering making Dallas their new home and starting over. In the Dallas, Texas region, our Haitian population is small but mighty. Moving to a new town or state can leave you feeling disoriented and homesick, as if you don't belong or made a mistake by choosing this location. This is where we come in, with a friendly smile and a check-in message. A request to attend a family event or picnic. A night out with the guys. Workshop on financial education, community service. Assuring you that we are all related here. Nou tout se fanmi avek zanmi, ou pa pou kont ou!! DHU, with your assistance, will continue to unify the Haitian community, expand, and make the changes we envision for both our current residents and newcomers. We will provide the support, love, honesty, integrity, dependability, and pride for which we are known and which we strive daily. Warmest Regards,
Magdala Augustin
DHU President
