CCNE is an autonomous accrediting agency, contributing to the improvement of the public's health. CCNE ensures the quality and integrity of baccalaureate, graduate, and residency programs in nursing. Bethel University Nursing Program is accredited by CCNE through April 2015. The Baccalaureate degree in nursing at Bethel University is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education, One Dupont Circle, NW Suite 530, Washington, DC 20036, 202-887-6791. Bethel University nursing program also meets the requirements of the State of Tennessee to offer a BSN program. The National Council Licensing Examination (NCLEX) pass rate for the Bethel nursing program meets or exceeds the 85% pass rate requirement of the Tennessee Board of Nursing. The average pass rate over the past 5 years for the nursing program is 93% with the pass rate for 2013 and 2014 graduates being 100%. All graduates that have passed NCLEX and have sought employment as a RN are employed in healthcare. Currently, two tracks are offered by the Bethel nursing program, the Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing and the BSN completion program for the student that has earned the Associate of Science in Nursing or a diploma in nursing.
