UP Outreach & Resource Center INC. UP Outreach & Resource Center, INC. aim is senior citizens; sharing meals and kindness. began November 27, 2014 in McKenzie, TN by the Bilger Family.

It stemmed from an annual community Thanksgiving and Christmas feeding given by the Temple of Compassion and Deliverance C.O.M.E. committee that the Bilger's volunteered and drove to yearly in Tupelo, MS. Under the guidance of Brooks Chapel Kingdom Harvest, the Bilger family decided to do the same in the community were they reside in McKenzie. They started with 50 grocery bags filled with a whol

e chicken, can goods, pasta, milk, eggs, flour, meal, and brownies and delivered them to senior citizens in their community. In 2021, with the help of Tyson Foods; Humboldt, TN, and a $500 donation from Mr. Joshua Parks the number grew to 200 senior citizens divided between Carroll County, Obion, and Henry County. With the help of Dr. Shmeka Gibson of Innate Success, UP became an established non-profit Private Foundation November 11, 2021. UP has established bylaws and an Executive Board of Directors that consist of the following members: Board Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer, Secretary, Executive Director, & Assistant Director.
