UPDATE: McKeesport Drive-Up Food Distribution on Saturday, Feb. 20 CANCELED

The Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank Drive-Up Food Distribution event scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 20 will be canceled due to low temperatures. The Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank’s cancellation policy outlines that if the temperature will be below 20 degrees during a food distribution event time, the event will be canceled for the health and safety of staff and volunteers. Based on the forecast for this Saturday the 20th, the temperature will be in the teens all morning, so the Food Bank has made the difficult decision to cancel the food distribution event this Saturday in McKeesport.

The next food distribution event in McKeesport will be held on Saturday, March 20. Tube City Renaissance will keep you updated on the March 20th food distribution event in the upcoming weeks.
