Jackson County Animal Control The Jackson County Fiscal Court wishes to make you aware of our Animal Control and Shelter process and function. We only want to pick up these two kinds.

It is our goal to make sure we perform this function efficiently and fairly. During the scope of our duties we commonly pick up stray and/or vicious animals. We do not want to take the pets that have homes. Unfortunately, this does happen sometimes. In order to prevent those pets from being sent to other locations we are going to be posting pictures of the animals we obtain. Please fill free to contact us with any questions or to identify an animal.
