Seven years ago, what started as two guys simply looking for an 11th step meditation group for a recovery house has grown into something so much more.

Through the partnership of Positive Intentions, The Center, and Mending Nets, this space has become a steady gathering for accountability, fellowship, and real community.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside those in recovery—and it has changed me. The honesty, the courage, the commitment to keep showing up… it humbles me every time.

Those in recovery hold a very special place in my heart. Not because they’re perfect—but because they’re willing. And that willingness? It’s powerful and inspiring.

Seven years of showing up.
Seven years of lives being changed—mine included. 🤍

Last weekend, and had the privilege to guide 14 beautiful souls into rest and restoration. 🧘🏻‍♀️
Laughter, yoga, and rest is needed to reconnect with ourselves and those around us. 💫

This weekend I was a guest speaker at yoga teacher training (ytt). It’s always an honor to be able to educate and inform people about trauma and how it affects us and those around us.

I love the opportunity to offer hope that mindfulness, meditation, and yoga are tools to mend us back into wholeness when trauma leaves a wound.
