There are only 9 days left to get your vote in for our new zoo mascot, and we can tell this is going to come down to the wire! We have 3 threatened/endangered species in the running, ocelot, red wolf & black bear, as well as the state small mammal, the armadillo, and arguably the cutest Texas native, the river otter. There is no bad choice here, but if you want to know a little more about each species before you vote, head over to our website for a breakdown of all the contestants.
