LAMAR COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE PARTICIPATES IN PRIMARY SCHOOL CAREER DAY

The Lamar County Sheriff’s Office was proud to participate in Career Day at Lamar County Primary School!

Our deputies and 911 dispatchers enjoyed spending time with students, sharing information about their careers, and explaining the important roles they play in keeping our community safe.

Students had the opportunity to interact with our personnel, ask questions, and learn more about the responsibilities of law enforcement officers and emergency dispatchers.

Events like Career Day provide a wonderful opportunity to build positive relationships with our young people while encouraging them to dream big and explore future career opportunities.

Sheriff Brad White stated, “We always enjoy opportunities to interact with our young people. Building trust and positive relationships with our children is an important part of our mission. We hope these experiences inspire some of these students to consider a future career in public safety.”

We would like to thank the administration, teachers, and staff at Lamar County Primary School for inviting us to participate in this special event.

We are proud to serve our community, and we are especially proud to invest in the next generation!
