Not everyone looks forward to Father’s Day – for some, like Barbara Kempe, whose husband died when her kids were 8 and 9, Father's Day became a dreaded milestone. Here’s a list of resources that may help if you’re looking for mental health support that validates and celebrates your Blackness."

Because we need and deserve support.

We are all going through an uncertain time. This new norm is unfamiliar territory for all of us. This is why it is imperative to stay on top of our mental health as well as the children around us mental health. So, take some time out to sit with your child(ren) and ask if everything is ok. Sometimes all they need is someone to loan them a listening ear. If you're dealing with a child who is grieving and you don't know how to get the conversation started, reach out to us. You can contact us via FB messenger, email at [email protected] or at 404-923-0105. Stay safe and remember we're here for you.πŸŒ±πŸ’œπŸ’š
