We are excited about the upcoming monthly meeting for GAPPI on March 21, 2023. This meeting will be our first in-person meeting since the start of the Pandemic. For those unable to attend in person, we will also offer the meeting as a virtual event on Zoom. We are changing the registration form so you can choose which way to attend.

Please fill out the registration information by clicking on this link: https://www.gappi.org/events/march-21-hybrid-membership-meeting/ . Make sure you mark whether you are planning to attend in person or virtually.

The management at Custard Insurance Adjuters, Inc. have kindly offered us the use of their training room for this event and will even provide food for those who attend in person. While we all look forward to networking with fellow members, we have a bonus for this meeting. Our speaker is the Asst. Vice President, SIU Division, at Custard Insurance Adjusters, and he and others on his staff are also looking to meet and network with our group. They are very interested in connecting with those interested in conducting insurance investigations for Custard in Georgia and other southeastern states. The launch of the Custard SIU Division has just recently taken place, so this could be a great opportunity for additional work. I would love for us to fill the training room, so please make plans to attend. We need a firm number to provide Custard to make the food arrangements, so please register now.

The meeting will be at Custard Insurance Adjusters, 3135 Avalon Ridge Pl NW, Peachtree Corners, GA 30071. There is ample parking in front of their building.

Topic: Insurance Fraud – Public Attitudes: Red Flags for Insurance Investigations

The presentation summarizes the different types of insurance fraud investigations, including Workers Comp, Auto Liability, General Liability, and Property Fraud.

Speaker: George L. Perez, CIFI, FCLS
