Join us in celebrating DAF Day!

Giving through Donor Advised Funds has never been easier - just as simple as paying with a credit card or Venmo. Celebrate DAF Day with intentionality and help us build permanent housing for homeless Veterans!

Donate through a DAF today via our website: https://mightyherohomes.org/pages/donor-advised-fund-daf-giving

Why give through a DAF?
· SIMPLE: the donor-advised fund sponsor handles disbursements, tax receipts and record-keeping
· TAX-EFFICIENT: contributions are tax-deductible and any investment growth in the DAF is tax-free. There are also ways to eliminate capital gains taxes by donating long-term appreciated securities
· FLEXIBLE: your charitable decision making can be separate from your tax deduction
· LEGACY: DAFs are a great tool to build and continue family philanthropy

Monday's golf tournament was a resounding SUCCESS!

Thank you to all who joined us for a day of great golf and community impact. Most importantly, THANK YOU to the Metro-Atlanta Veterans' Chamber of Commerce, Troy Cobb and his entire team for rallying behind our mission to house homeless Veterans.

Over the next 12 months we plan to raise $100,000 through MAVCC to ensure a home is named in their honor.

Another highlight from the day was our interview with CBS News Reporter, Monique John, who is helping raise awareness of the base that we're building in Milledgeville.

We can't wait to share the full segment soon - big things ahead!

A HUGE thank you to the amazing sponsors of Metro-Atlanta Veterans' Chamber of Commerce 2nd annual golf tournament taking place on Monday, September 28 at BridgeMill Athletic Club.

This year, we're playing for something much bigger than a trophy.

If together we raise $100,000, the Metro-Atlanta Veterans' Chamber of Commerce will have its name proudly displayed on a Mighty Hero Homes residence—providing a permanent home for a Veteran experiencing homelessness.

One day on the course can create a lifetime of impact.

We can't wait to tee it up for our Heroes next Monday!
