Biscuit has been waiting patiently for her happily ever after. 💛
For the last few months, this sweet girl has been winning hearts left and right, but somehow she’s still waiting for someone to choose her.
Biscuit came to us in January after she appeared on a kind woman’s porch looking for warmth and shelter during the coldest part of winter. When she was scanned for a microchip, we were shocked to discover it traced back to us. The chip dated back to 2016/2017, from a time when our records weren’t what they are today, so we had no history on her. But one thing was certain: if she traced back to Nose 2 Tail, she had a place with us.
When Biscuit arrived, she was underweight and suffering from frostbite on her ears, nose, and paw pads. She had clearly spent far too long trying to survive on her own. Thankfully, with good food, a warm bed, and lots of love, she healed quickly.
And once she felt safe, her personality blossomed.
Biscuit is affectionate, chatty, playful, and an expert lap cat. She loves being around people and will happily keep you company while reminding you exactly when it’s time for attention. Based on her microchip records, we estimate she is around 9–10 years old, but don’t tell her that—she still has plenty of playful energy. She can also do well with other cats when given proper, slow introductions.
After everything she’s been through, Biscuit deserves more than a shelter. She deserves a home. A warm lap. A sunny window. A family who will love her for the rest of her days and make sure she never has to face another winter alone.
