Team members work on a variety of job sites, gaining hands-on experience with different types of concrete applications. Pattison Concrete LLC values safety, reliability, and craftsmanship in every project.
Role Description The Concrete labor role at Pattison Concrete LLC is a full-time / part time on-site position located in Washington, PA. Day-to-day responsibilities include placing, leveling, and finishing concrete for flatwork, slabs, sidewalks, driveways, and other structural elements. The role involves setting and stripping forms, assisting with formwork layout, and helping prepare subgrade and reinforcement. Concrete labor may assist with basic carpentry related to form construction. The position also includes maintaining a clean and safe work area, following company safety practices, collaborating with crew members, and supporting equipment and material handling as needed.
Qualifications

Demonstrated proficiency in concrete flatwork and finishing techniques, including placing, screeding, troweling, edging, and jointing.
Experience with formwork and basic carpentry for building, bracing, and stripping concrete forms.
Ability to safely operate relevant power tools used in concrete finishing and construction tasks.
Familiarity with heavy equipment commonly used on concrete and construction sites is beneficial.
Understanding of construction safety practices and willingness to follow company safety procedures.
Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, kneeling, and working in varied weather conditions.
Reliable transportation to Washington, PA job sites and ability to maintain consistent attendance.
Previous experience in concrete finishing or general construction is preferred.
