Happy Mother’s Day. 💐

To the mothers raising children with love and sacrifice…
To the bonus moms, grandmothers, aunties, godmothers, and women who nurture others so naturally…
To the women longing to become mothers…
To those grieving mothers they’ve lost…
To the mothers carrying silent burdens while still showing up for everyone else…
And to the women learning how to mother themselves through healing and growth…

We see you. We honor you. We thank you. 🤍

Motherhood is not one-size-fits-all. It is layered, beautiful, exhausting, transformative, and sacred. Today we celebrate the strength, softness, wisdom, and love that women pour into the world every single day.

From all of us at A Seat At The Table, we love you deeply and hope today reminds you that you are valued, appreciated, and deserving of care too.

Happy Mother’s Day. 🌸

What an incredible day at our Period Party! 💗

We had the honor of serving 50+ amazing girls at The PATH School, creating a safe space for learning, conversation, and empowerment around menstrual health. From packing hygiene kits to having honest conversations about periods and self-confidence, the room was full of energy, curiosity, and sisterhood.

We are especially grateful for our partnership with Indy Ignite, who joined us in supporting and uplifting these young leaders. Collaboration like this helps us expand our impact and continue breaking the stigma around menstrual health.

A special thank you to Senator Hunley for spending time with the girls and speaking about period poverty and the importance of advocacy. Moments like these remind our girls that their voices matter and that they can be part of creating real change.

Together, we are building a future where no girl feels ashamed, unsupported, or unprepared for her period.

The Women’s Cohort is BACK — Spring 2026 ✨

Applications are officially OPEN 🌱

This cohort is rooted in restorative leadership—creating space for women to heal from past trauma, unlearn survival leadership, and lead from a place of wholeness, clarity, and confidence.

Whether you work in corporate, are an entrepreneur, or are navigating leadership in your own way, this space is for you. This is for the woman who knows how to run the table, but is also learning how to lean in, ask for support, and lead with intention.

✨ Period Poverty Party at Warren Central ✨

This afternoon was filled with connection, advocacy, snacks, and honest conversations about feminine health 💬🩸

Our high school girls showed up curious, engaged, and ready to learn. We talked about the importance of caring for our bodies and why removing harmful chemicals from menstrual products matters. When we’re informed, we’re empowered—and our bodies are better because of it.

We also took action 💪🏾✍🏾 The girls wrote letters to legislators advocating for tax-free feminine products, using their voices to push for equity and policies that recognize menstrual products as a necessity—not a luxury.

These moments remind us that period equity isn’t just about access—it’s about education, dignity, and advocacy.

A huge thank you to our incredible partners who continue to stand with us as we serve and uplift girls in our community. Because of you, these girls left feeling supported, informed, and seen. 💕

The work continues and we’re grateful to do it together.

As Giving Tuesday comes to a close, we hope you found space today to support organizations that are creating real impact in our communities. And if you haven’t had a chance yet — we invite you to consider supporting A Seat At The Table.

What do we do?
• Fight period poverty by ensuring girls have consistent access to hygiene products
• Provide women’s mental health support and wellness-centered community
• Offer leadership development that is rooted in healing, confidence, and identity
• Deliver transformative girls programming that builds skills, self-worth, and future pathways

Why are we unique?
Because we believe healing and leadership go hand in hand.
You cannot pour from an empty cup.
You cannot lead well if you’re hurting quietly.
Our model starts with healing — and builds leaders from the inside out.

Why do we need your support?
Because the work requires real resources.
Spaces to gather.
Feminine hygiene products for girls who need them.
Therapist and facilitator fees.
Food, books, curriculum materials — and so much more that makes our programs whole.

If our mission has touched you… if you believe in the power of women and girls… or if you simply want to invest in change that lasts — we would be honored to have your support tonight.
