IMPORTANT ROCKY POINT TEMPORARY RULE CHANGE: The officers and Board of Directors (advisory board) has allowed the temporary change of Rule 3A which states that all tournaments will run on Eastern Standard time no matter what time zone. The decision has been made to run this tournament on the local time (CENTRAL STANDARD TIME) this way when everyone's electronics and phones change to Central Standard time when you arrive there, there won't be confusion on time.

Thank you to and the for putting on an excellent event at Tanners creek this past Saturday (August 8th). We had 9 Indiana teams show up to help support his new organization. The fishing was extremely tough because of rapidly rising and falling water levels during practice and tournament day. Congratulations to and Troy Pipenger for the win, and Congratulations to for big fish (2.42 lb. Slab!) and Andrew Hite for 2nd place Congratulations to team for 3rd place. Results and photos below

Hey all ISM members and anyone that boats in Indiana. There has been a new law that went into effect on July 1st. This may affect you:

Indiana Code IC 14-15-2-13.5 mandates that qualifying motor-driven recreational vessels must be equipped with a functional Engine Cut-Off Switch (ECOS) and the ECOS link must be worn by the operator while the boat is on plane or above displacement. Key Details of the Law Applicability: Applies to motor-driven recreational vessels manufactured after December 2019 that are less than 26 feet in length and capable of producing more than 3 horsepower (or 115 lbs of static thrust).Wearing the Link: The kill switch link or lanyard must be securely attached to the operator, their clothing, or their personal flotation device while the vessel is moving faster than idle or displacement speed. Exceptions: The requirement does not apply if the boat's main helm is located inside an enclosed cabin or if the vessel was originally manufactured prior to December 2019 without an ECOS.

I want to make sure I don't leave anyone who is a rookie of the year team out. Could you please respond on here or text me at 317-752-8440? I want to make sure I have each potential Rookie of the Year team credited with the current finishing position. It is very difficult for me to tell who is a rookie team.

I posted points and Tanner's creek results yesterday and there was a mistake due to a computer issue. There was a tie between 8th and 9th place, and the team with the larger big fish tie breaker ended up in 9th place. I took down the entire post and now the ones below are the accurate finish and points:
