Stop lying. Period. No one needs wine to sleep after drinking beer all day, enjoying “an evening cocktail” (or slurping 3+ whiskys straight) and then passing out anyway. Much less wine in an 8-12 oz glass so you don’t have to refill a small one. The excuses are simple BS.
