We are SO proud to celebrate our 2025-2026 Youth Poetry Contest State Winner, Izabella Haugh! 🌿✨

Izabella, an 11th grader at North Pike High School, earned 1st Place in the state competition with her beautiful poem, “Sing with the Songbirds – Exploring the Glory of Nature.” 🐦🌸

What a FUN day at our Spring Luncheon! 🌸✨

This is always one of our favorite events of the year because we get to celebrate the heart of our club — our amazing members! We were thrilled to introduce our newest members and proudly present our 2026/2027 Board, and if today was any indication, this upcoming year is going to be absolutely FABULOUS! 💐

Congratulations to our new members, our new board, our returning members, and our treasured Life Members. We are beyond blessed to serve alongside such an incredible group of women who make our club so special. The laughter, friendships, and love for our community make this sisterhood one of a kind! 💖

A very special thank you to Fernwood Country Club for graciously allowing us to host our luncheon at your beautiful clubhouse. Everything was beautiful, and the food was absolutely delicious! We are so thankful for your hospitality and for helping make our day extra special. 🌿✨

What a FUN time we had today at Live at Five! 🎶🌟

A huge thank you to the McComb Main Street Association for hosting such a wonderful event for our community. Events like these are what make McComb so special — bringing people together to fellowship, laugh, make memories, and enjoy everything our beautiful town has to offer. ❤️

The McComb Garden Club got our hands dirty yesterday… and maybe shed a little blood too 🌿😂 (because that’s just part of gardening, right?!)

We spent the day sprucing up the flower beds at the Library, and we’re loving how fresh and beautiful they look! A huge THANK YOU to all of our amazing service gals — and Mr. Andy — for jumping in and helping us get everything done so quickly and efficiently. 💪🌸

We love our community so much, and one of our favorite things is helping showcase its beauty one garden, flower bed, and yard at a time! 💚

🌸🏆 BIG congratulations to Annistyn Henderson for winning FIRST PLACE in the STATE in the Garden Clubs of Mississippi High School Essay Contest! 🏆🌸

This year’s essay theme, “What’s So Wild About Wildflowers?”, challenged students across Mississippi to showcase their creativity, originality, and writing skills — and Annistyn’s essay stood out above them all! 🌼✨

The contest was open to students in grades 9–12 across the state, with essays judged on originality, organization, clarity, vocabulary, and creativity. Annistyn earned the top honor in Mississippi and received the Overall State Winner award! 👏💚

We are so proud of your hard work, talent, and accomplishment, Annistyn! Your future is so bright, and we can’t wait to see all the amazing things ahead for you. 🌿💛

We had the sweetest time celebrating National Skilled Nursing Care Week with the wonderful residents at McComb Community Care Center (formerly McComb Nursing & Rehab)! 💐

Residents got to design and create their very own flower bouquets to brighten their rooms, and let’s just say… they absolutely amazed us with their creativity and talent! 🌸✨

There’s nothing better than flowers, smiles, and spending time together. We are so thankful to the amazing staff at McComb Community Care Center for being such gracious hosts and helping make the day so special.

Happy National Skilled Nursing Care Week to all the incredible residents and caregivers who make every day brighter! 💕

The McComb Garden Club was honored to present scholarships to three outstanding seniors in our community! 🌸🎓

It is such a joy to invest in these bright young leaders, and we are so excited to see the plans God has for each of them as they begin this next chapter of life. 💚

✨ Our Azalea Court King, Arthur Bishop of Parklane Academy, with the Royal Scholarship.

✨ Hayes Gabler of North Pike High School was awarded the Gay L. Austin Scholarship.

✨ Our Azalea Court Queen, Caroline Williams of North Pike High School, received the Royal Scholarship.

🌲🏆 We have a BIG winner… literally! 🏆🌲

Congratulations to Drew Parker for having the largest Spruce Pine in Pike County! This towering beauty was officially measured by retired forester Earl Alford at an impressive 9 feet 8 inches in circumference and a whopping 95 feet tall! 🤯🌳

Drew was awarded a $50 gift certificate from Williamson’s Nursery—perfect for adding even more green goodness! 🌱💚

SO proud of our club after two fun-filled days at the Garden Clubs of Mississippi convention in beautiful Natchez! 🌸

We came home with:
✨ TWO top Flower Show awards
✨ Mississippi Garden Club of the Year
✨ AND… Deep South Garden Club of the Year 🤩

Y’all… that last one covers SIX states — Mississippi, Louisiana, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida!! What an incredible honor!!

Individual flower show award winners from our “Paradise Found” Flower Show in November:
✨Mallory Robinson, Award of Distinction
✨Stephanie Ott, Educational Award
✨Brianna Causey, Tri color Award

We also had 13 McComb members participate in the state flower show “Rolling on the River” (chaired by our very own Hillary Freeman).

But truly, the best part is getting to do life with this group of talented, creative, and supportive women. 💐
