🎯 Our new Discover Archery Program is off to a great start!

It has been amazing to see the improvement from Week 1 to Week 2—and we’re just getting started! We love watching young archers (and a few parents too) learn new skills, gain confidence, and have fun along the way.

A special shoutout to the Findlay-Hancock County Community Foundation for providing the grant that made this new equipment and program possible. We are so thankful for your support and partnership in helping us introduce more young people to the sport of archery!

Discover Archery is a new 6-week program designed for youth ages 10+ and adults who want to learn the basics of archery in a fun, encouraging environment!

Participants will use the same compound bows and equipment used by our Archery Team, and we’ll provide everything you need—including the equipment and instruction.

Each week will include plenty of games, challenges, and fun as you learn and develop your skills.

Why Discover Archery? It’s a great way to give archery a try without having to purchase your own equipment or make a long-term commitment.

If you enjoy it, Discover Archery can be a great bridge into our other opportunities at On Target Outfitters.

Join us today between 1-4 PM for our "Fun For All" event. This is an open house style event so come and go as your schedule permits. We will have both indoor and outdoor activities going so don't let the threat of rain keep you from coming.

09/17/2026

Bring a friend and join us this Saturday from 1-4 PM for a "Fun For All" day at On Target Outfitters made possible by The Findlay-Hancock County Community Foundation. This is a free event.

We will have indoor activities if the weather is rainy and will even do some activities off the back porch to keep you dry. Our fishing pond will be available rain or shine - you may use our poles or bring your own.

Food will be available.

Please note: If the weather cooperates and we can use our climbing tower, participants need to wear closed-toe shoes (not crocs) and be big enough to fit into our harnesses (typically 6-7 years old). We have a shorter bouldering wall for our younger participants.

Hey Homeschool Families! Join us on September 25 for our first Homeschool Outdoors event of the fall. We will have lots of fun planned for all ages. To RSVP, just comment below letting us know numbers of kids and their ages.

Suggested donation of $10 per child or $20 per family.

Please note: If kids want to climb our tower, they need to be big enough to wear our harness and helmet - typically by 6 or 7 years they are able to do that. We have a shorter bouldering wall that younger kids can climb. Climbers must also wear close-toed shoes (no crocs).
