A huge THANK YOU to the team from Marathon Petroleum for serving at On Target Outfitters during the United Way of Hancock County Days of Caring!

This incredible crew jumped right in and helped us tackle several important projects around camp, including building a brand new Gaga Ball pit, mulching flower beds, hanging gates, and taking care of general spring clean-up.

Because of their hard work and generosity, our camp will be even more ready to welcome kids this summer for a season filled with fun, mentorship, and life-changing moments.

We are so grateful for community partners like Marathon Petroleum and the United Way of Hancock County who help make our mission possible. Thank you for investing your time and energy into the lives of the young people we serve!

In our Worse Case Scenario camp, every day is a bad day!

A Bigfoot encounter!

What would you do in one of those situations? Each day is a new adventure, filled with hands-on activities and challenges designed to teach practical survival skills — all in a fun, safe, and exciting way. Come prepared for surprises, problem-solving, and the ultimate test of creativity and teamwork! Everyday is a surprise so come prepared for the worst! This camp is for students who are going into grades 5-8.

We are excited to announce our first ever Rifle Club!

Who is Rifle Club for? Our new Rifle Club is designed for students who are interested in growing their rifle skills and taking their shooting abilities further. This club will focus on developing safe firearm handling, improving marksmanship, and building confidence through consistent practice, fun challenges and guided instruction from our coaches.

Whether students are newer to rifle shooting or looking to sharpen their skills, this club provides a great opportunity for continued growth and development. A weekly devotional is also an important part of our time together and our goal is to help each participant grow in their character and faith.

Our future and long-term hope for this club is for students to be able to compete in local and state matches for those who might be interested. Similar to our archery team program that we offer at On Target. We are hoping to participate in at least one local competitive match during our time together.

Rifle Club will be an eight week program on Tuesday nights from 6pm-7:30pm starting May 5th and will run through June 23rd. Space will be limited to 10 shooters. Ages 11 - 18 year old.

Shooters are welcome to use their own .22 rifles or ours (we will provide a list of approved equipment). Ammo will be provided.

Do you have a child between ages of 5–7 years old who is excited to explore, play, and try new things but isn’t quite ready for a full-week camp? Jr. Adventure Camp is the perfect solution — a one-day camp designed just for younger adventurers!

Campers will get a taste of some of our most popular activities, which could include fishing, archery or target paintball shooting, a nature exploration activity, and an outdoor craft. We have added many new activities for this summer.

With smaller group sizes, each child receives personalized attention, ensuring a fun, safe, and memorable experience.

We are excited to launch our first "Rifle Club" program this spring and early summer. This 8 week program will emphasize safety while teaching good marksmanship skills from multiple shooting positions preparing the participants to possibly even compete in a local match. We are looking for a few volunteers tomorrow morning (Friday April 17 from 9-11 AM) to help pick up sticks around the camp property and playground area. All of the big branches have already been cut up so it's just hand work at this point. Thanks!

Our Open Range archery times are coming to an end for the season. Saturday April 11 (10 AM - Noon) and Wednesday April 15 (6-8 PM) will be our last Open Ranges until the fall.

Coming Soon!!! 🧗‍♂️

We are so excited to announce that a Climbing Tower + Ninja Wall is coming to On Target Outfitters – Findlay! This incredible addition will be part of many of our summer camp experiences this year, giving kids a whole new way to challenge themselves, build confidence, and have a blast.

This project is already becoming a powerful story of community support. Through their Christmas Giving Project, the Family of Churches—Living Hope Church, Lighthouse Community, and Bluffton Community—generously gave over $50,000 to help make this possible.

An additional $20,000 was raised through our Quarter Auction Fundraiser.

We’re getting close!
To bring this project to completion, we still need to raise $10,000 to finish construction, purchase essential operating equipment, and train our staff to safely run the tower.
