🌟 What a night to remember at our Annual Rotary Banquet last Thursday! 🎉💙

We came together for an evening of celebration, reflection, and honoring the incredible people who help drive our mission of service.

🏆 Ron Locke received our Lifetime Achievement Award for his outstanding dedication to our club over the years—your legacy continues to lead us.

🏅 Nona Deer was awarded our Service Above Self Award—your spirit of generosity and heart for others truly shines!

🎤 Brad Clark earned Program of the Year for his captivating talk on the Mississippi River Flood of 1987—what a powerful presentation! 🌊

👑 A standing ovation for Beverly Johnson, who wrapped up her term as Club President with grace, passion, and vision. She’s been the glue, the guide, and the grit behind so much of what we’ve accomplished this past year. Beverly, you did that!

🫶 Our outgoing board was honored to receive thoughtful gifts from Beverly —and we’re proud to pass the torch to our newly installed board members, officially sworn in and ready to lead! 🙌

🎉 Huge congrats to Becky Buie, our new Club President—we are excited and confident in the leadership you will bring to the table!

🍽️ Heartfelt thanks to Nona Lynn’s Kitchen Group for a delicious meal and to Alford Flowers for the beautiful centerpieces that brightened our evening. 💐

👏 Big congrats to our very own Heather Atwood for bringing home the Gill Miller Secretary Award! Heather keeps our club running smoothly and her dedication truly shines. ✨📋

🔥 And let’s talk about Henry Green (Tasty Smoke) who took FIRST PLACE 🏆 in the Rise Against Hunger cooking competition with his mouthwatering boudin hunger balls! 🍽️🎉 He didn’t just feed the mission—he gonged his way to the top!

Proud moments, meaningful connections, and a weekend full of purpose and fellowship. This is what Rotary is all about! 💫

Saturday, our members rolled up their sleeves and got to work at PALS Rescue, helping with repairs and painting to improve the space for our local rescue animals. 💙

As always, we are proud to live out loud: “Service Above Self.” ✨
And we’re honored to support an organization like PALS Rescue, who are truly “Making a Difference One Paw at a Time.” 🐾
