Keep Burglund Beautiful Litter Campaign is an effort to reestablish community continuity by beautifying the historic Burglund District. The Burglund community is a vital historical and cultural section of the City of McComb. It contains numerous civil rights and musical legacies, as identified by the designation of a marker on Summit Street as a part of the Mississippi Blues Trail. The City of McComb has also designated Summit Street as a part of the Arts & Entertainment District. A planned civil rights trail marker will highlight the Burglund Walkout of 1964. Several sites have historical placards for reference to historical and cultural relevance.
Burglund is a unique neighborhood in that it encompasses the abovementioned, as well as businesses, an elementary school, and various faith-based entities.

Keep Burglund Beautiful Litter Campaign (KBBLC) seeks to enhance the community aesthetics by empowering residents to become involved in the upkeep and enhancements of the historic district. Working together, the legacies of this community will continue to provide insight and a foundation for reigniting the vibrancy of the neighborhood for each generation to come—a sense of Burglund Pride.

These yard signs serve several purposes.
They highlight assets in the Burglund community, continuing to educate and inspire residents, young and old. *Burglund Pride*
They serve as a cultural roadmap for future initiatives in the community.
They signify the designations of the city and state for the district.
They promote anti-litter programming
Yard signs will be available for sponsors at Graphic, etc. located at 218 Main Street
Downtown McComb, Mississippi. Simply send your sponsorship logo to email: Orders@graphicsetc, phone (601) 249-3101, pay the price for the yard sign. ($15 one-sided/$ 20 two-sided< qty of 10) The signs will be placed in high traffic areas of visibility within the Burglund community. Keep Mississippi Beautiful
