Protect, Enhance and Create quality trail experiences for the mountain bike community in Central Idaho.

The Central Idaho Mountain Bike Association (CIMBA) was created in 1997 by a small group of mountain bikers who wanted to ride together, work to improve trails, and create new riding opportunities in the area. As the popularity and value of those activities grew, so did CIMBA’s membership. CIMBA became an IMBA club and hosted several Trail Care Crew visits. The trailbuilding knowledge from those events is now evident by the improved trails in the region. CIMBA’s efforts helped create many new trails in the area including those at Bear Basin, Jug Mountain and Tamarack Resort. In 2009, CIMBA grew its focus to include educating user groups on safe cycling practices, developing land and user codes of conduct and protecting resources with responsible usage standards, and engaging and educating our members in current policy issues relating to mountain bike and trail access. The original emphasis on trails is still in place, and CIMBA is working with regional Forest Service offices and private land managers to maintain and create better riding opportunities.

Wow. What an amazing way to end the Season!
Our community really showed up last night.

It’s been one heck of a Summer, time to celebrate!

We made some serious gains towards our mission of protecting, maintaining, enhancing, and creating new trails close to home!

None of this would be possible without the support from our community and that’s why we want to give back and hangout with everyone!

Come on down to SRB Brewery this Saturday 10/17 to get some free pizza, chat with the bike community, learn about projects, make new friends, play silly bike games, enter the raffle, and win prizes!

Phase 2 of the Harshman Project is complete!
The Re-Vamped pump track is open and ridable.

Enormous thank you to City of McCall for making this possible and helping along the way.

Shout out to every single CIMBA member, sponsor, and donor for proving the support we need to keep things like this happening in our community!

We are incredibly stoked to be able to provide Central Idaho with more places to ride bikes close to home. While giving opportunities for progressing, as well as place to gather, and grow!

This project has proven that we clearly need a full size bike park in the near future to safely disperse the amount of riders using these new trails, and to provide continued progression to keep the community entertained with productive activities!

Come celebrate this win along with many others from the summer with us SRB Brewery this Saturday 10/17 from 5-9pm! There will free pizza, silky bike games, a huge raffle, and lots of prizes for all!

We are one week away from the Season End Party!
Make sure you clear your calendar for Saturday 10-17
Party starts at 5pm and goes untill 9pm

SRB Brewery is hosting and there will be free pizza, silly bike games, lots of prizes, and a huge raffle!

Big thanks to all our local bike shops for donating prizes, and supporting the cause!

Remember to bring some friend as well!

Join us for some final trail work for the season!
Meet in the West Face Lot 10/6 at 5pm!

We will be working on the Drain Trail Bear Basin Nordic Center
filling holes, fixing break bumps, and clipping bushes

Bring your friends! As well as some work gloves, long pants, hiking boots, water, snacks, and smiles!

We will provide all the tools needed!
And there will be a BBQ in the lot afterwords!
See you there!

Help us Officially Open up the New City of McCall Harshman Pump Track Expansion!

This Tuesday 9/29 be there from 5-7pm!
We will be hosting various fun bike activities such as time trails around the pump track, dual races down the medium line, and a whip off on the big jump!

There will be prizes for multiple categories, age groups, and plenty of swag to go around! As well as some snacks, drinks, and music!

We are very excited for this one!
Bring your bike, or a silly bike, helmet, gear, and friends!

Fall is in the air and we’re ready to ride it out
Here’s what we have coming up for you!

Mark your calendars for these last few events,
They are going to be some of the best yet!

We are super stoked for the Official opening of the City of McCall Harshman Pump Track Expansion!
Be there this Tuesday 9/29 from 5-7pm

Then get ready to dig on 10/6 at Bear Basin Nordic Center as we put the drain trail to bed for winter. Come get those trail crew shirts!

After that we will celebrate all of our wins from the past year at our End of Season Party SRB Brewery on 10/17 with lots of awesome raffle items, silly bike games, and free pizza for all!!

Group Ride Recap from B**r and Gear Brundage Mountain Resort
Thanks for having us out and supporting community

We have a few more rides/events happening throughout the fall! Check the website calendar to stay up to date!

Next up is the Official Opening of the City of McCall Harshman Pump Track expansion! Be there next Tuesday 9/29 to get in on the fun! We’ll have games, music, prizes, and plenty of action!

It’s Tuesday Ride Day again already!?
We’re doing it just a couple more times…
Get in with the group while ya can!

We may or may not need our lights with the timing of sunset this week, but bring them just in case!

We will also have loaners provided by Lezyne™ if you need to borrow one, no worries!

The week after we will be having the grand opening event for the new Harshman project! Put that on your schedule too! 9/29 from 5-7pm!

After that get ready for our season end party on 10/17 at SRB Brewery to end summer with a bang!
