Bell Joy Ride - Idaho Inspiring women to ride and progress in mountain biking by providing rides and resources that are sup It's not a club or a team. Just show up!

Bell Joy Ride is an informal women's mountain biking group. There is no membership fee or initiation. You don't have to join or commit to anything. We host rides organized by rider level/ability. Beginners to advanced and everyone in between can join. We offer opportunities to connect with other female riders in a casual, friendly environment. Our goal is to have fun! Gwen Asmussen is one of the 8 ambassadors for the Bell Joy Ride program and will be the main contact for rides and events. She is excited to share her love of riding with other women and her goal is to get more ladies out on the trails!

Good morning ladies! I know it’s been a very long time since I’ve posted on this page, but I wanted to share that Bre Anderson is wanting to start ladies group rides again 🎉 
“Good morning Gear Goddesses! I wanted to start a group thread for ladies mountain biking rides. As of right now we’re going with Wednesdays at Jug at 6! I know that some of you can’t make Wednesdays and am open to a different day but for now we will go with Weds. This is an open invite to any and all ladies who want to bike together. All skill levels welcome!!!
I’m doing this for 2 reasons. 1) As a motivator to get some movement into our bodies! And 2) I was lucky enough to learn to bike in a big wonderful group of women (shout out to Bell Joy Ride. R.I.P. ) and I want to share that experience and I want to have that feeling again! Soooo invite your friends and hopefully I will see you at 6! -Bre ✌️💜🚴‍♀️”

Hey ladies, so if anyone wants to, a couple of us are going to ride Wednesday (weather permitting) around 5 and then go do yoga at Down to Earth Yoga (above mountain renewal) at 6:30 for those that want to join!

Hey ladies, I have had a few requests for some women’s rides again. Potentially gravel riding progressing into bike packing and/or mountain bike rides. Is there still an interest in doing this?
