Looking for meaningful work where you can make a real difference in young people’s lives? This role offers the chance to build relationships, create a welcoming space, and be part of something that truly matters in our community. It also calls for someone who is patient, adaptable, and able to connect with young people from many different backgrounds and experiences. If you bring a steady presence and a genuine care for others, we’d love to hear from you.

Dreaming big doesn’t always mean something huge or far away. Sometimes “big” looks like stability, safety, or a fresh start. In our work, we see how powerful those dreams are—and how real they can become. Trailblazing doesn’t start with having it all figured out—it starts with believing something more is possible.

We are so incredibly proud to be a community partner with United Way of Ross County. Because of their team, we’ve been able to serve youth transitioning out of the criminal justice system, young parents needing flexibility for education, and helping recently graduated young people looking to explore skilled trades. 🙌

🌟 Celebrating Our 2026 Community Impact Partnerships 🌟

United Way of Ross County is proud to announce our 2026 Community Impact Partners — a group of incredible organizations working every day to strengthen families, support children, and uplift neighbors across Ross County. Our partner kick-off event was a time where each organization had the opportunity to network and share the programs they are providing in our community. This kick-off event is in its 2nd year and provides an opportunity for further collaboration, discussion on partnerships, and assessments of the ongoing needs of our community.
✨ Our 2026 Community Impact Partners:
• Assistance House
• Big Brothers Big Sisters
• Carver Community Center: Daily Meal Program
• Carver Community Center: Pre‑K Program
• Carver Community Center: Youth Development
• EasterSeals
• First Capital Pride
• Frankfort Senior Center
• Good Samaritan Food Network
• Harrison Township Fire & Rescue
• Hope Clinic
• Paper City Mentoring
• Project School Tools
• RCCAC: Domestic Violence Shelter
• RCCAC: Resource Center
• Ross County Reentry
• Sojourners
• The Garden Family Advocacy Center
• YMCA Early Learning Center
These organizations are meeting real needs, filling critical gaps, and creating opportunities for individuals and families throughout our community.
To our community impact council volunteers, thank you for giving your time, insight, and heart to the grant's application process. Your thoughtful evaluation and thorough reviews are important work for the community.
To our partners, thank you for the life‑changing work you do every day.
Together, we are building a stronger, more connected Ross County — one partnership at a time. 💛
