Who we are
We are excited to announce our new group! The Vinton County Joint Community Coalition is a new organization that will take over where the Vinton County Jaycees left off. Due to declining and aging membership (Jaycees must be aged 18-40) and inreasing memberhsip dues, the remaining Jaycees members have decided to continue our efforts as a local community group. We plan on maintaining the same events: Vinton County’s 4th of July Fireworks Display and the Firefighter Ryan Seitz Memorial 5K, as well as bringing back the Easter Egg Hunt next year. We hope that this move will allow for both increased membership and also the types of projects we can provide to the community. We hope that you will continue to support our efforts!
