It’s that time of year again, 4Winds 4H is having our annual scholarship raffle $10 a ticket. This year’s prizes are… Drawing to be held on Facebook Live on April 13th at 4:30 pm, as long as all tickets are sold by then. If they are not sold by April 13th the drawing will be held in May.
