Blue Knights Texas II Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club is a group of law enforcement professionals (cu Harley Davidson).

The Blue Knights® International Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club, is a non-profit fraternal organization consisting of active and retired law enforcement officers who enjoy riding motorcycles. In the Spring of 1974, several law enforcement officers* from the Bangor, Maine (USA) area met and formed a small, local motorcycle club. Soon, Blue Knight chapters were being formed in Massachusetts, New Ham

pshire, and beyond. With the addition of Canada, and later Australia, the Blue Knights became an international organization. Our charitable organization has contributed over $17.5 million dollars toward various charities throughout the world since statistics were kept. Our organization is comprised of active, and retired law enforcement officers and we strive to promote our organization as being a family fraternity. Spouses and children often accompany our members to the various rides and functions. Members can ride a bike of their choosing, and are not mandated to riding an American made motorcycle (ie. We do not have a probationary period for members, or prospects, and women are equal in our organization not only as members, but in leadership positions locally and internationally within the Blue Knights.

Today BLUE KNIGHTS (RGV) TX 2, TX 42, and Tx 50 recognized 3 students from Lopez High school for their bravery and heroism. Steven Marquez, Dillon Herrera, and Allen Navarrete were at SPI on April 1st. While walking on the beach they came across a female attempting to pull a male subject out of the water. They observed that the male subject was unresponsive so they assisted with pulling him out of the water. Steven then ran back and asked someone to call 911. Dillan began chest compressions while Alan assisted. As they were doing CPR, SPI PD arrived and took over the scene. These 3 young men were not recognized until today!!! Thank U Gentlemen for stepping up and helping out.

Yesterday we had our Monthly meeting. TX 42 President attended this meeting as we continue with the Speedy Memorial Foundation fundraiser. Thank you to all of those who have donated with this fundraiser. We also celebrated our Presidents bday. Meeting was held at 5x5 Brewing Co. It was a good meeting with great food and camaraderie.

Today Abby was named as an Ambassador of Autism for the McAllen Independent school district. BK TX II have been honored to help Abby and her support squad the last few years. Our President who also works for McAllen ISD was able to have his photo taken with her and her buddy Paola. Paola is the daughter to our Vice President. Way to go girls!!! May you continue to raise awareness of Autism...

Saturdays event at Desperado HD was a success. A special thank you to Desperado HD for allowing us the opportunity to he out there. A big thank you, to all those individuals who donated for this great cause. (Speedy Memorial Foundation scholarships) And last but not least, thank you to all those BLUE KNIGHTS who gave of their time to make this event a success. Without all of you we would not be able to raise these funds for this great cause... thank you ALL!!!!

BLUE KNIGHTS TX II assisted the SPEEDY MEMORIAL FOUNDATION with their annual s***t tournament. We had a blast and were able to start raising funds for their annual scholarships. All scholarships are for kids here in the RGV and for children of Law Enforcement Officers. Scholarship awards begin at $1,000 for scholars. If you are able to help us raise funds please don't hesitate, we do have a Cashapp account or you can message us for further details. All proceeds raised from here until July will go to help this great cause of higher education.

TX II had date night this past Friday. We had a great time! Great food, music, and camaraderie.

TX II and TX L went on a short ride this morning. Weather was nice!!! Had a lot of fun at breakfast, camaraderie was great.
