A heartfelt thank-you to Dr. Scott Donald, past president of Texas Music Teachers for an inspiring presentation, “What I Talk About When I Talk About Teaching.” 🎹✨ Our MVMTA members and guests left encouraged, refreshed, and inspired with new ideas to bring into their teaching!

We’re especially grateful to our Workshop Chair, Dr. Shoko Kinsella, for organizing this wonderful workshop, and to our Hospitality Coordinator, Ann Graf, for creating such a warm atmosphere of fellowship—and for the delicious spread! 💕🍽️

A very special thank-you to our gracious hosts, Matt and Debra Perez of Valley Keyboards, for welcoming us and providing such a wonderful space for our gathering.

We’re so thankful for opportunities like this to learn, connect, and grow together as music educators! 🎶💙

Congratulations to all of our amazing participants in Saturday’s Duet Jubilee! Your teamwork, preparation, and joyful music-making truly captured the spirit of Texas — bold, spirited, and full of heart.
