A full room, real questions, and families who left with hope! 😃🙏🙏🙏

Last week, families across the Valley joined us for our FREE Understanding Addiction event, presented in both English and Spanish, to finally get a real understanding of what addiction actually is and what the solution is.

Together we walked through the science of addiction, how to recognize the signs in someone you love, what real recovery looks like, and where to find help right here in our community. The conversations were honest, the questions were real, and families left equipped to help the people they love most.

A heartfelt thank you to our partners, Ellie Torres and Hidalgo County Precinct 4, and to DA Terry Palacios for speaking openly about the real dangers of addiction, especially among our youth.

Because no one should face a loved one's addiction alone!

Your past does not have to decide your future!

Recently, Orlando Salinas - Mentoring, CEO & Founder of Choose to Change Foundation and owner of CQR Kitchen & Bath Remodeling Specialist, sat down with Robert Diaz of For God Media for a powerful podcast conversation about faith, business, redemption, and believing God for the impossible.

Orlando shared his story of walking out of prison, rebuilding his life, starting a business, restoring his family, and eventually using his testimony to help men and families impacted by addiction and incarceration.

This conversation is a reminder that when Jesus Christ gets involved, no life is too broken, no past is too far gone, and no situation is impossible.

They talked about:

• Honoring God in business
• Rebuilding after failure
• The power of mentorship and accountability
• What it means to be a godly husband, father, and leader
• Helping men choose change through faith, structure, and purpose

What exactly is addiction? Why is it so hard to stop? And what actually works?

At our recent "Understanding Addiction" seminar, Orlando Salinas broke it all down — the science behind substance abuse, why willpower alone isn't enough, and the only true path to lasting freedom.
