We were honored last night at the 77th Annual Yule Log Ceremony when our President, Mandi Payne, was selected to light this year's log in the fireplace at Legacy Park. She was joined by McAdenville Elementary Principal Dawn Lavindar as the ceremony honored two longstanding McAdenville institutions. This year the school celebrated 75 years of educating McAdenville students, and the Woman's Club marked 71 years of providing service to our community. It was a great night of tradition and memories.

Congratulations to our 2026 Shirley Rankin Service Award winner, Ashley Westmoreland. Named after charter member Shirley Rankin, the service award honors a Woman's Club member who has gone above and beyond in their service to our community. Ashley works throughout the year on various McAdenville projects including the ChristmasTown 5K, and her love for McAdenville shines through in all that she does.

We are handing out bibs TODAY from 10 AM to 5 PM in the Community Center Ballroom on Main Street. All you need is the registered runner's name.
