Maywood Hawk 5K 8th Annual Maywood Hawk 5K Run/Walk on 10.06.19

instagram: The Maywood Hawk 5K is a local 5K run/walk. Our first race took place October 14, 2012.

As Maywood Avenue School alumni, we are happy to give back and show our appreciation by coordinating this annual 5K event. In the past we have donated our proceeds to the basketball and cross country teams, in 2013 we are raising money and all donations will go to benefit the band and choir of The Maywood Avenue School. Race Director, Jean Carlos Mercedes, and his team have worked hard to organize

this great event. We encourage friends, family, young and old to come out and enjoy the day and participate in this 5K race. It is a great way to get involved in the community and stay active! We hope to see you at the finish line!
