We want to thank EVERYONE who showed up to our 3rd Annual Mayville Holiday Market, Day 1 and 3rd Annual Mayville Holiday Market, Day 2 despite the weather. We may have missed some of our vendors but had a great time with everyone who joined us. We have new friends and they have new friends among the other vendors. We also could not offer these shows without the collaboration with the Town of Chautauqua for the use of their space for which we are grateful.

We have been approved for the 3rd Annual Mayville Spring Market happening in April and that application will be available after the first of the year. Until then, make sure and follow us as we prepare for the The Mayville Winterfest - Mayville, NY happening in February. Any vendors other than food trucks are hosted by Chautauqua Suites Hotel during our weekend where vendors are nice and cozy (it just doesn't work putting vendors in a heated tent outside in February and our building doesn't accommodate enough vendors to have a true vendor show). We have a shuttle happening again and that will once again be a stop as it was a popular stop this last time. They have limited spaces so if you have any interest, call Deb at 716-269-7829 and ask about their weekend. Their show will be happening that Saturday and Sunday. They can also book you a room if you had plans of staying.

In April 2024, our organization was established as a community-based not-for-profit charitable organization based in Mayville, NY.

What does that mean? That means that any donation you give to our organization has tax benefits as we are charitable. All funds you give can be allocated to the area in our organization you wish it to support - maybe it is building the scholarship fund so local kids can have another avenue to apply for. Maybe you want to help support the Mayville Winter Festival's fireworks or our give-back campaign. Regardless of what you choose to donate towards, you can feel confident that your donation within our organization is supporting our local community in many ways.

Did you also know that we started a Family Game and Puzzle Night opportunity with the Mayville Library in 2024? From our shelf in the library - where community members have also donated games and puzzles to - you can check out our puzzles and games as you would a book and take them home with you to enjoy with your family. Bring them back and check out a new one. It is a great family-friendly event for unplugging, enjoying time together, and having fun. This is another area that you can make a donation.

With your donation, you will receive a tax receipt at the end of the year as proof of your contribution. We will need all information on file.

Since the cat is already out of the bag, our organization would like to formally announce that the Mayville Winter Festival will live on and will move forward for the 2025 event. We are excited and so very happy to be working in conjunction with the Village of Mayville, as well as many local businesses and individuals to make this event happen to continue it's legacy and it's positive impact in our community as well as within the county. This event will look different as we navigate a shortened timeframe for planning, a smaller beginning budget, and ex*****on - but we are confident that regardless of what it looks like, it will be successful.

Somethings to highlight:
Dates: February 14 - 16, 2025
Location: Mayville, NY

We are working closely with the Village of Mayville and their connections for the castle build and the food vendors at the park - which will be on their board meeting agenda Tuesday at 7 pm - come join us.

We are working closely with area businesses to provide events within Mayville business districts - connecting uptown businesses with downtown (lake area) which gets people moving within our community.

We are working closely with individuals to plan things at both Lakeside Park and the Village green.

We are working for the love of our community - and for those of you who have shown your love too.

"Uptown. Downtown. One town. One Community - where we find unity. All roads lead to Mayville."

We are scheduling our first planning session for Wednesday at 6 pm - location awaiting confirmation - but all are welcome to attend to help us return to our grassroots and honor those who have had the thoughts and desires of bringing this to life at the very beginning.

What a fantastic 2nd Annual Mayville Holiday Market, Day 1 and 2nd Annual Mayville Holiday Market, Day 2 we had this past weekend! We couldn't be more appreciative of the space from to host all of our wonderful vendors!

We will begin calling our winners from our Chinese Auction tomorrow and a huge thanks to the vendors who donated to it.

We will round out 2024 with our 1st Annual Ugly Christmas Sweater Bingo & Bake Sale - Hosted by Inspire Good of WNY, INC. tomorrow night at Andriaccio's which will be a lot of fun!

For anyone who was a vendor at any of our shows or events this year, or a sponsor for anything, we will be sending out tax receipts via email. We have begun sending them out to those vendors whose first event with us was this past one. For everyone else - you will have 1 "thanks for your donation" receipt coming to you by the end of the year which will be the total for 2024. Please keep these in your inbox for tax time.

It has been a whirlwind first year of community give-backs and events and we are looking forward to 2025 and all of the good things we can inspire and do locally. Make sure you follow us and stay tuned!!
