Good Afternoon Arrowmen,
Registration is live for S.I.E.!
As you may know, the Order of the Arrow is rolling out a new induction process at the national level. To ensure this training reaches every corner of the Order, National has established a cascading model:
National Inductions Experience: Representatives from across the country were trained directly by National on the new process. Monaken Lodge attended on behalf of our section.
Section Inductions Experience (We are here): Monaken Lodge will now host our section-level event, passing along everything they learned so that each lodge in Section E21 is fully equipped.
Lodge Inductions Experience: After attending the section event, each lodge will then be responsible for hosting their own Lodge Inductions Experience to train their membership in the new process.
Our Section Inductions Experience, will take place August 21st-23rd at Seven Mountains Scout Reservation in Spring Mills, PA.
During the event, you'll receive everything you need to fully understand and confidently carry out the new induction process . It's a chance to grow, connect with fellow Arrowmen across the section, and play a meaningful role in shaping this next chapter of the Order.
Each lodge is asked to send a minimum of 8 youth and 2 adults, so start conversations with your lodge and leadership early to make sure your team is represented.
