🏀 Help Shape the Future of Youth Basketball in Our Community! 🏀
The Cardinal Basketball Academy (CBA) is looking for enthusiastic, community-minded individuals to join our Board of Directors.
CBA exists to support and grow youth basketball opportunities while creating a positive, development-focused experience for our players, coaches, and families.
As a board member, you’ll help:
🏀 Support and encourage our coaches
🏀 Create a positive environment for youth players
🏀 Plan and assist with fundraising efforts
🏀 Help supervise league days and game operations
🏀 Assess equipment needs and plan for future replacements
🏀 Strategically budget for uniforms and equipment
🏀 Strengthen partnerships with our high school basketball programs
🏀 Help ensure the long-term success and sustainability of CBA
📅 Board meetings are held just 2–4 times per year, with the majority of our work taking place from August through February.
We’re looking for individuals who are:
✔ Passionate about youth development and basketball
✔ Team-oriented and dependable
✔ Willing to share ideas and lend a hand
✔ Interested in making a positive impact on our community’s youth
No basketball experience is necessary—just a desire to support our players, coaches, and programs.
