Summer is winding down, and we have just 2 dances remaining this year. Come this Saturday, August 22nd from 7:30-10 PM to dance in the loft of the barn. I hope you can make plans to be a part of the fun this weekend and to join us again on September 19th when we close out the season.

We're getting ready for another fun Saturday night up in the barn! I hope you can join us this weekend (August 1st). We're offering free dance lessons with Lute on the lower level at 7 PM. Then, dance up in the loft from 7:30-10 PM. We'll have the AC running on high (we had a little oopsie with that last time), and we're looking forward to a nice night. And as always, dances are free, family-friendly, and open to everyone.

It's time for Mayville's Summerfest as well as another barn dance! Join us this Saturday, June 27th for dance lessons on the lawn with Lute Simley at 7 PM, and dance to the house band from 7:30-10:00 PM.

We've got new merchandise again this year - a couple new T-shirt designs in several colors and magnetic chip clips that will be offered one free to each 2025 supporting Friends of Lindaas Barn Dance member. Members also enjoy 25% off all merchandise (Ts, jackets, iron-on transfers, can coolers, vinyl stickers, acrylic pins, and chip clips). As always, dances are free, family-friendly, and open to everyone.

Please consider becoming a 2026 supporting member of the Friends of Lindaas Barn Dance. Memberships are just $20 per individual or $30 per family. Each year we offer a small thank you, and this season we have these nice magnetic chip clips (one free per membership). Supporters will also be acknowledged on our website, receive an invitation to attend a season-end chili feed and annual meeting, and enjoy 25% off all merchandise (T-shirts, chip clips, iron-on transfers, acrylic pins, can coolers, vinyl stickers).

Each year we add new merchandise, and this year is no exception. In addition to the chip clips, we've added a couple fun new T-shirt designs in several colors as well as iron-on transfers for those that would like to create their own swag.

Admission is free as always, but we appreciate your support. Hope to see you on the dance floor this summer! :)

We're looking forward to an excellent kick off to our 2026 summer season! Join us this Saturday, June 6th as we welcome area band, Radio Stars (“Magic” Merrill Piepkorn - harmonica & guitars, Gregg “Smokey” Temple - electric, acoustic, and pedal steel guitars, Loy Larson - champion fiddler and mandolin, Jim Allen - bass guitar). Come early for free dance lessons with Lute Simley at 7:00 PM and then dance in the loft from 7:30-10:00. The event is family-friendly, everyone is welcome, and admission is free as always.
