Our staff have had a fun-filled few weeks getting out into the community for back-to-school events! 📚✏️💙

We are so grateful for every opportunity to set up, connect with families, share information about our services, and support the communities we serve. Thank you to everyone who invited us to be a part of your back-to-school celebrations and stopped by our tables to say hello!

For our therapist Whitney, one of her favorite ways to recharge is spending time around sharks! While it might not be everyone's idea of relaxation, it reminds us that self-care is personal. Whether you find peace in nature, enjoy a good book, spend time with loved ones, exercise, create art, or seek out a little adventure, what matters most is making time for the things that help you feel refreshed and grounded.

This photo was taken during a professionally guided shark encounter led by trained marine experts. No sharks were harmed, the shark was safely handled by trained professionals for the educational encounter and was released back into its natural habitat afterward.

This National Wellness Month, we encourage you to take a moment for yourself and embrace the activities that support your well-being. Self-care doesn't have to look the same for everyone, it simply needs to be something that helps you recharge and care for your mental health.

Back-to-school picnic setup with our cutest little helper! 🍎📚☀️

She came ready to lend a hand… and by “lend a hand,” we mean make sure the popsicles were up to standard. 😂🍧
