I am humbled and grateful and overwhelmed!!! (This is a long one!!)

This was the sixth annual Adopt a Family Drive and the need was Incredible !! When I first saw the list I honestly believed that there was no way a mom from Mays Landing would ever be able to fill all of those requests…. But even more than the requests were the people. You all trusted me with not just your holidays, but with your stories…. I met each of you and learned about your kids, your struggle, and what we could do to help you believe In magic.

I could not do It alone!!!

Hamilton Township School District, you are Incredible partners In giving! Dr.Jeff Zito you put up with my antics!

Farpoint Toys & Collectibles, you do so much to make magic all year! Your giving spirit and belief In community Is so Important to Mays Landing!

Mays Landing Yacht Club, First United Methodist Church, Keith Prince, Sue Hopkins, Thelma Witherspoon, Tracy Thompson and Eric Aiken, thank you all for your commitment and trust! I could not do good without Incredible partnerships!!!

To each community member that trusted me with your personal collections, your thoughtfully picked toys, and your hard earned donations….. each one pushed me further and made the impossible possible!!!!! I can not name you all but please know I will never forget the kindness you gave me and the members of this community!!!! I am so grateful that I live in a community that believes in kindness. You are my Christmas Magic!!!

Honestly…. Hamilton cares is an idea of one wacky woman….. you all make it something so special and I can not say THANK YOU ENOUGH!!!!

PS Thank you to my family and amazing friends that always are behind me and willing to help me and share me!! I could not do this without you!!!!!

Hey all. A beautiful local family lost EVERYTHING in a house fire. They had no insurance. This is a local school staff and her 2 kids from the local high school that were impacted. ANY help is appreciated!!!

It means more to me than you could ever know that I live in a community that when something happens, people reach out to me to help!

That being said, we had a local family have a fire. They lost everything! They did not have renters insurance! we are collecting everything from donations and gift cards, to household items, to clothing. Please let me know if you would like to help contribute and we will get whatever you provide us to the family!!

I do believe in Santa Claus!!

I see Santa in all of the pantry workers that are making sure that people have Christmas dinners

I see Santa in all of my volunteers that will make sure the gifts are delivered to the parents so the children can have magic Christmas morning.

I see Santa in all of the families that are sponsoring children in our community to make sure that they have Christmas.

I see Santa in the parents that are trusting our community to have their back when they need us.

I see Santa in community businesses that donate storage and toys to allow for a mom like me to make sure that kids in my town know Magic!!

Thank you, all for being my Santa Claus and showing me that I’m not too old to get to experience Holiday magic!
